Week 2!

 Hey hey everyone!!

I got to the MTC on Wednesday and as sad as it was to say goodbye and I miss my family; I love it here!!!! 


Me and sister Holmes got assigned as STLs! So, we get to teach relief society every week, plan hymns for sacrament, and welcome new missionaries every Wednesday.  We're so excited!!

Classes are going well, it's crazy to think our whole district will leave next week😭 

I've learned so much and I love the spirit that I feel every day, I can't wait to get to Oakland!!!!

also!! On Tuesday, before I arrived, I got to go to the general authority devotional with Elder Uchtdorf!! Pays to have a stake president whose job is administrative over all MTCs all over the world 😎 I even got to shake Elder Uchtdorf's hand hahaha 

This week we were studying the character of Christ and here's my favorite quote from that:

Hey heyy Oh my goodness!! What a week!! I think I've decided it's time for me to learn Tongan. Or Chinese. I've done a lot of interacting with both cultures this week maybe both!!  So, Tuesday morning we dropped off sister Montgomery at the airport, just me and sister Christopherson now.   Heyyy guys!  Still here in bezerekely just trudging, this week we finally found the great and spacious building! So many interesting things happen every single day  I've seen wayyy to many naked people, and heard wayyy to many gun shots. Oh and last night I got chased by a homeless man!  - my eyes are constantly   and now Halloween is already in full swing here on frat row so some prayers would be nice hahaha  But!! I've really gained a testimony of how much the temple is a refuge!! Hahaha but seriously, it's a relief to able to go to the temple and be at the VC and feel that spirit that is really hard to feel in Berkeley.  My favorite thing from this week was yesterday, we brought our friend ivin up to the temple to teach him about what happens inside!
